Lea left this world on September 6, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Lee Davis, Jr. and Mildred Jean Middleton Davis of Louisville, KY.. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her son Thomas; her daughter-in-law April Schultz of Berea; her son Andrew "A. J." Schultz of Minot, ND; and her grandchildren, Alex Combs and Kate Combs.

In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Lea's name to the Berea United Methodist Church Building Fund.

“Sad to see this this morning. I would see Lea and Tom at Smokehouse Grill often when I worked there, but my first memories were when they were my neighbor on Phillips Street. They were always so kind and good to me, I used to visit their home and read stories to the boys and wish that I had their life. She put us kids in the paper one time because a big snow had come and we built a fort. My condolences to Tom, Thomas, A J and the rest of her family and friends that will miss her so much.”
