She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Murphy and Evelyn Baker Murphy; her brother John; and her sister-in-law Rebecca Murphy. She is survived by : her children, Edward Wesley Adams (Misty) and Rebecca Neeley (Tony); her grandchildren, Garrett Adams (LeeAnn), Christopher Adams (Alyssa), Josh Neeley (Deana Alexander), Jordan Adams (Cody Auen), Jacob Neeley and Hannah Neeley; and her sister Barbara Winne (Fred) of Richmond.

Memorial Contributions in her honor suggested to Bluegrass Hospice Care Center, 750 Rose Street, Lexington, KY 40536.
