He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sara Shouse, Elmer Shouse, Eloise Haslacker and Warren Haslacker. He is survived by: his wife Robbin (Feltner); his sons, Ty Shouse of Berea and Chase Shouse (Taylor Durham) of Leitchfield; his grandson Sawyer Shouse of Leitchfield; his mother Donna Hollon (Roger) of Berea; his sister Kim Robinson (Scott) of Richmond; Junior Shouse of Berea. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
