He was predeceased by: his parents, Orland Powell, Jr. and Opal Martin Phillips; and his daughter Michelle Powell Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Renee Powell Eaton (Chris); his grandchildren, Skyler, Chloe, Emma, Caylin and Hailey; his nephew Dallas Powell (Dana-Marie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandi, Jason, Kaitlynn, Liliana, Jennifer Squire and Kristina Simon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lakes Funeral Home (203 N Dogwood Dr, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
