He was predeceased by : his parents, Rufus Wheat and Mattie Rimmell Wheat; and his brother Tim Wheat. He is survived by : his wife Debra Rose Wheat; his daughter Rebecca Wheat (Matt Hinds); his siblings, Barbara, Lavania, James, Bert, Marvin, Brenda and Connie; and his granddaughter Mahala. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
