She is survived by: her son Eugene Madden (Phyllis Gail) of London, Kentucky; her brother Walker Junior Madden of Berea, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Lisa Gail Madden Walker (Adam), Robert Eugene Madden (Amber) and Tara Hope Madden; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Raleigh Walker, Casey Gail Walker and Sarah Rose Walker.
