Sakura left this world on April 15, 2026 at the age of 54, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parent Teruaki Tokuyama. She is survived by: her parent Hozumi Tokuyama; her daughters, Marin Tuzzolo (Johnathan Dooley) of Richmond, KY, Mia Tuzzolo (Sergent Jacob Eckman) and Louisville; her grandchildren, Adeline Tuzzolo-Dooley and Elody Eckman; and her brothers, Keiichi Tokuyama of Nagoya and Hiroaki Tokuyama (Yukie) of Fukuoka. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
