He is survived by: his mother Linda Anderson Myers (Donnie); his children, Tim Collins (Brandy), Melinda Isaacs (Nick) and Jessica Divine (Andrew); his grandchildren, Olivia, Jocie, Jordan, Addyson and Kash; and his close friend Debbie Collins. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
