We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2022, at the age of 76, Tom Blackburn (Berea, Kentucky), born in Stanford, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Thomas J. Blackburn; his grandparents, Herman and Flora McFarland; and his brothers, Jeff and Terry Kindred.

He is survived by : his wife Nellie Vaught Blackburn; his daughter Crystal Blackburn; and his sisters, Lori Miracle (Jeff) and Sue Kindred. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
