He was predeceased by: his spouse Irelene Neeley; his parents, Delbert Neeley and Ada Carrier Neeley; his siblings, Armon Neeley, Lloyd Neeley, Vernon Neeley, Martha Marie Anglin, Mary Neeley, Henry Delbert Neeley Jr., Harold Tommy Neeley, Genevieve Neeley, Cammie Dean Neeley, BertEva Clark and Defreda Collins; and his daughter Kristie Thacker.
He is survived by: his children, Lanita Sue Denny (Joe), Willard Darryl Neeley (Jennifer), Eva Malinda Neeley (Bruce Waddles), Marilyn Elaine Gastineau (David) and Anthony Dana'Tony' Neeley (Becky); and his son-in-law James Thacker. He is also survived by his loving dog Faith, 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
