He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Siler and Gladys Lay Siler of Corbin, KY; his brother Arnold Siler; his nephews, Donald Siler and David Farris; and his great-niece Andrea Rex.
He is survived by: his wife Iris Siler (Corbin); his sisters, Alene Bolton of Florence, KY and Ann Farris of Kingsport, TN; and his nieces, Patricia Rex of Denver, CO, Jane Luippold of Dallas, TX and Karen Houston of Cincinnati, OH..
