He was predeceased by: his father Danny Keathley; and his grandparents, Ray, Emma Case and Wallace Keathley. He is survived by: his mother Donna Case Keathley; his brother Craig Keathley of Betsy Layne, KY; his grandmother Betty Conley of Dana, KY; his aunts, Janet Lewis, Deb Senters, Sylvia Tackett and April Johnson; and his uncle Kel Case. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, cousins.
