She is survived by: her husband Stephen Nelson Russell; her sons, Mark Allen Trimble of Lexington, KY and Michael Douglas Trimble of Lexington, KY; her siblings, Clifford Douglas Boyd of Lexington, KY and Sue Brown of Paintsville, KY; and her granddaughters, Brooke and Lila Grace Trimble.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Calvary Baptist Church, in Lana's memory.
