He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Owens (Stephanie) of Harold, KY and Peggy Blankenship of Pikeville, KY; his siblings' children, Dr. Braden Blankenship (Abby), Conner Owens, Trista Shepherd (Zeth) and Bethany Pigman (Ezalee); and his caregiver Brenda.
