She is survived by: her husband Larry Dean Cecil; her children, Shannon Williams (Abby), Sheena Scott (Mason), Sara Pinson (Shane), Seth Williams (Emily), Jason Cecil, Eric Cecil and Tiffany Dixon (Adam); her close friend Kathy Lykins; her mother Barbara Sue Frazier; and her siblings, Ronnie Kidd (Patty), Jerry Kidd (Leatha), Towana Keyser (Mark) and Jenny Millay (Greg). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 6:00 PM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Antioch Old Regular Baptist Church (417 George Rd, Betsy Layne, KY 41605). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
