She is survived by: her children, Rita Farley (Steve) of Mousie, KY, Christy Branham (Scottie) of Melvin, KY and James Kelly Lackey (Christy Lynn) of Jeffersonville, KY.; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Dink), Laken, Tylan, Courtney, Ryan, Emylee and Kendall; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Natalie, Samuel and Rhett. She is also survived by one sister.
