She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Guinn Gardener. She is survived by: her husband Steve Vaughn of Big Clifty, KY; her children, Nicole Vaughn of Big Clifty and Christopher Vaughn (Sarah) of Clarksville, IN; her sister-in-law Sarah Foremen of Louisville, KY; and her grandchildren, Steven Vaughn and Alexandria Vaughn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church (1124 Pleasant Valley Rd, Providence, KY 42450). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
