She is survived by: her husband Steve Vaughn of Big Clifty, KY; her children, Nicole Vaughn of Big Clifty and Christopher Vaughn (Sarah) of Clarksville, IN; her sister-in-law Sarah Foremen of Louisville, KY; and her grandchildren, Steven Vaughn and Alexandria Vaughn.
