He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett J. Polley and Margaret Helen Polley (McRee). He is survived by: his sister Karen Polley Liner; and his friends, Joe Leffler (Cheryl), Nessie and Samantha Hague.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hager Funeral Home (633 Bland St, Brandenburg, KY 40108). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
