He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Cole-Allen; his daughter Joan Vega; and his mother Geneva Hager. He is survived by: his children, Daryl Ann Schofield, Kristie Allen and Donnie Allen. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 7 sisters; 1 brother; and a host of extended family & friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175).
