She is survived by: her husband Jerry Wayne Smith of Bimble; her children, Terry Wayne Smith (Stephanie) of Bimble and Brandon Dewayne Smith (Christina) of Barbourville; her sister Donna Soucie of New Smyrna Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Brittany Trent, Candace Riley (Tyler), Tyler Smith, Peyton Smith (Tucker Smith), Connor Smith, Jacob Smith, Laura Beth Smith and Tori Smith; and her great grandchildren, Dawson Hubbard and Audri Riley.
