He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakley J. Fugate and Ella Mae Francis Fugate; and his brother Gary Wayne Fugate. He is survived by: his sons, Oakley Price Fugate (Kyra) and Dustin Caudill; his siblings, Allen Ray "Doc" Fugate (Sherry), Yvonne Hall (Danny), Wanda Howie (Sam), Loretta Henrikson (late Jon) and Kay Hampton (Jeff); his grandsons, Noah Caudill and Isaiah Caudill; and his sister-in-law Debbie Fugate. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bull Creek Old Regular Baptist Church (3005 Hwy 3408, Blackey, KY 41804). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
