He is survived by: his sons, Oakley Price Fugate (Kyra) and Dustin Caudill; his siblings, Allen Ray "Doc" Fugate (Sherry), Yvonne Hall (Danny), Wanda Howie (Sam), Loretta Henrikson (late Jon) and Kay Hampton (Jeff); his grandsons, Noah Caudill and Isaiah Caudill; and his sister-in-law Debbie Fugate. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
