He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walter and Anna Karkula Klayko; and his wife Grace Miller Klayko. He is survived by: his children, Charles Klayko (Jan) of Green River, UT, Lucinda Cook (Frank) of Manchester, TN, Patricia Jones (Ebbie) of Humansville, OH and Paula Kulp (Carl) of Craig, CO. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
