He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewell Mills and Lizzie Mills of Stoney Fork, KY; his former wife Rhonda Carol Smith Mills; and his brother Mickey Mills. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Holtkamp Mills; his children, Kristie, Jake English, Mackey Alvie Mills and Stephanie Gibson; his grandchildren, Heaven English, Hunter English, Dameon Mills and Lillian Mills; his children, Dameon, Lillian and Racheal Lynn Allen; and his siblings, Ruby, Paul Hensley, Eveline, David Herron, Harvey and Tammy Mills. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Napier Cemetery (55-93 Bellwood Ln, Bledsoe, KY 40810).
