He is survived by: his sister Lillian Owens of New Castle; his nephew Darren Owens of New Castle; his great-nieces, Sarah Wright (Shannon Grigsby), Allison Webb (Nick) and Christine Owens (Scott Schein); his great-nephew Thomas Briggs Owens (Catlyn Couch); his nephew Malia Webb; and also Bryer.
