He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cochran and Corine Gilbert Cochran; his grandparents, Lilburn and Flora Gilbert; and his siblings, James Cochran, Betty Stivers and Brenda Brooks.
He is survived by: his sons, Raymond McNary (Mechele) of Hot Springs, Dennis Cochran of Louisville and Rodney Cochran; his siblings, Barbara Stewart of Simpsonville and Lilburn Cochran (Margaret) of Orlando, Florida.; his friend Sue Hughes; Donna Phillips, Bridgett Hughes, DeVon Scales and Veon Hughes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many cherished friends.
The inurnment was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160).
