It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Mattingly of Bloomfield, Kentucky, who passed away on May 17, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Coutler and Dorothy Coutler; her husband Frank June Mattingly; her siblings, Jerry Coulter, Gerald Coulter, Roy Coulter, Louise Wolverton and Judy Mattingly; and her grandson Michael Paul Newton.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Curtsigner of Bloomfield, Becky Kelty (Joe) of Springfield, Joyce Waldridge (Kenny) of Taylorsville, Wayne Mattingly (Carol) of Cox's Creek and Tommy Mattingly of Chaplin; and her siblings, Genevieve Boyd of Bardstown, Emma Drury (Mark) of Lawrenceburg, Linda Perry of Lawrenceburg, Glenna Beavers (DeWayne) of Louisville, Diane Montgomery (David) of Bloomfield, Donna Rawlinson of Bloomfield, Bill Coulter of Bardstown and Marvin Coulter (Diane) of Chaplin. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.
