He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Case; and his siblings, Christine Thompson, Pauline Hardin, Ruthie Case, Judy Jantzen, Theodore, Rome "Buddy", Samuel and Roy Lee Case.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Monroe Case; his children, Missy Case of Bardstown and Timmy Case (Christy) of Bloomfield; his brothers, Orville Case of Bloomfield, Danny Case (Carla) of Bloomfield and Paul Case (Kathy) of Bloomfield; and his grandchildren, Taylor and Brandon Case.
