He is survived by: his children, O'Bradley Holt (Bethany) of Bardstown, Addie Lewis (Robert) of Taylorsville and Alexis Goodlett of Jeffersonville, IN.; his sisters, Annie Hodges of Louisville, Shirley Neal (David) of Bloomfield and Tammy Goodlett of Taylorsville; and his grandchildren, Emma Lewis, Madelyn Holt, Isaac Holt, Maci Lewis and Liam Lewis (Lynelle Coomes) of Taylorsville.
