He is survived by: his wife Karen Mattingly Goff; his children, Amanda Bickett of Bradfordsville, Scott Goff of Lebanon, Jonathan Bickett (Kiersten) of St. Mary and Scotty Mattingly (Tonya) of Liberty; and his sisters, Diane Cheatham of Louisville and Vicki Simpson (Doug) of Bardstown. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
