He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Hardin and Elizabeth Hardin; and his sisters, Judy Ballou, Mary Nel Copley and Martha Lee Hatton.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hardin of Bloomfield; his children, Whitney Mattingly (Chad) of Bardstown and Michael Hardin (Emily) of Bardstown; and his grandchildren, Cole Werner, Ella Mattingly, Lincoln Mattingly, Elijah Hardin and Ashlyn Hardin.
