We bid farewell to Marilyn Gail Walker of Bloomfield, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 15, 2026 at the age of 72. Marilyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Russell Lester and Rebecca Miller Sutherland. She is survived by: her husband Ken Walker; her children, Julie Cissell (Daniel) of Hickory and Rob Walker (Allison) of Bloomfield; her sister Sharon Fowler (Rick) of Goshen, KY; and her grandchildren, Landon Cissell, Hailee Cissell, Aiden Walker, Preston Walker, Alexis Walker and Bryce Walker.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bloomfield Baptist Church (106 Springfield Rd, Bloomfield, KY 40008). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Bloomfield Baptist Church.
