She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Russell Lester and Rebecca Miller Sutherland. She is survived by: her husband Ken Walker; her children, Julie Cissell (Daniel) of Hickory and Rob Walker (Allison) of Bloomfield; her sister Sharon Fowler (Rick) of Goshen, KY; and her grandchildren, Landon Cissell, Hailee Cissell, Aiden Walker, Preston Walker, Alexis Walker and Bryce Walker.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Bloomfield Baptist Church.
