He is survived by: his wife Vicky Tingle; his children, Dillion Tingle of Bloomfield and Kristy Fulkerson of Hodgenville; his grandchildren, Kenzi and Dawson; and his siblings, Mildred Marksbury (Allen Reid) of Fairfield, Bettie Rogers of Taylorsville and Bobby Tingle (Helen) of Bardstown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
