He is survived by: his children, Stella Elizabeth Burks, Quenten Lee Tingle (Leslie) of New Haven, Bradley Ronald Tingle (Samantha) of Tompkinsville and Matthew Aron Tingle (Reshell) of Louisville; and his siblings, Patricia Jane "Paty" Tingle of Richmond, Phillip Tingle (Barbara) of Crestwood, Gerald Tingle (Kim) of Louisville and Johnny Tingle (Kacky) of Fairfield. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
