He is survived by: his wife Jean Berry Coulter; his children, Crystal Coulter (Greg Mattingly) of Howardstown and Scott Coulter (Amber Nicole) of Bloomfield; and his siblings, Genevieve Boyd of Bardstown, Darlene Mattingly of Bloomfield, Emma Drury (Mark) of Lawrenceburg, Linda Perry of Lawrenceburg, Glenna Beavers (Dewayne) of Louisville, Diane Montgomery (David) of Bloomfield, Donna Rawlinson of Bloomfield, Bill Coulter of Bardstown and Marvin Coulter (Diane) of Chaplin. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
