He is survived by: his children, William Lamkin, Jr. of Bloomfield, Angela Ball (James) of Shepherdsville, Kimberly Theis (Travis) of Carrollton and Morgan Simpson (Brian) of Bardstown; his sisters, Brenda O'Neal (Cheryl) of Louisville and Rose Lamkin of Louisville; his grandchildren, James Dakoda Ball (Kelsey), Makensie Ball (Quenton), Taylor Theis, Katelyn Murray (Tanner), Madison Lamkin, Lucas Lamkin, Marykate Lamkin and Owen Simpson; and his great grandchildren, David Barczewski, Amelia Ball, Daniella Barczewski, Riverlyn Murray and Oaklyn Murray.
