She is survived by: her husband Ottis Slone; her children, Ottis Ray Slone (Karen) of Blue River, KY, Kathy Jo Hadlock (John) of Lexington, KY and LaDonna Jane Crawley (George) of Richmond, KY.; her grandchildren, Timothy Ray Hadlock, Jordan Ray Slone, Adam Grant Slone, Brayden Phillip Crawley and John Lucas Crawley; and her siblings, Shirley Slone Sayler, Dottie Potter, Connie Layne, Johnny Slone, Winson Slone, Elmer Dean Slone, Malcom Slone, Palmer Slone, Ronnie Slone and Glen Slone.
