He is survived by: his grandsons, Chandler of West Virginia and David of Missouri; and his siblings, Thomas Burgess of Russell Springs, Sandra Perry of Dalton, Janet Whiting of Ringgold, Velma Francis of Ringgold, Karen Burgess of Orange County and Debbie Setzer of Decatur. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
