He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Woosley and Helen Webb Woosley; his former wife Debbie Woosley; and his brother Randall Woosley. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Heil Woosley of Bonnieville, KY; his sons, Tommy Lee Abner of Florida, Travis Lee Woosley, Sr. of Georgia and Timmy Goins of Florida; his grandsons, Carter Goins of Travis, T. J and Woosley, Jr.; and his sister Barbara Barton-Hart.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
