He is survived by: his wife Freddie Collins (Hughes); his children, James Robert Collins of Beattyville, KY, Rusty Wayne Collins of Beattyville, KY, Alley Smith of Booneville, KY, Misty Gail Hensley of Owensboro, KY and Delilah Vernell Collins of Beattyville, KY; his siblings, Garvey Collins of Hazard, KY, David Cooker of Virginia, Dennis Collins of New Jersey, Susan Hughes (Andy) of Booneville, KY, Addie Neace of Booneville, KY and Mary McIntosh of Beattyville, KY; and his sister-in-law Rachel Tolson of Breathitt County, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren along with many other loving family members and friends.
