He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Rayanna Honesty Smith; his parents, Debbie Banks and Keith Smith; his sisters, Patricia Ratliff and Kayla Smith; and his siblings' children, Kyla Ratliff, Elijah Ratliff, William Caudill, Paige Caudill and Zayden Smith. He was also cherished by his children, parents, sisters, nieces and nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home (3450 KY-11, Booneville, KY 41314). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
