He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mayes and Ella Mayes (Reed); and his brother Danny Mayes. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Mayes of Booneville, KY; and his children, Johnathan Evans and Karlie Evans of Booneville, KY. He is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
