He is survived by: his father Matthew McIntosh of Beattyville; his children, Hayden McIntosh of Beattyville, Bridget "Rodney" Turner of Jackson and Christy "Travis" Murrell of Booneville, Kentucky; his sister Renee "Marvin" Robbins of Georgetown, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Jasmine, Andrew, Hunter, Israel and Zackary Turner of Jackson, Kentucky.. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
