He was predeceased by: his parents, Eston Cooper and Janice Faye Tittle Cooper; and his brothers, Johnny Keith Cooper and Steven Charles Cooper. He is survived by: his daughters, Thelma Denise Miller (Richard) of Sedalia, MO and Crystal Helen Smith (John) of Booneville, KY.; his brother Andrew Ray Cooper of Erwin, TN.; and his grandchildren, Christopher Dalton Smith, Aiden Quinton Miller and Carrika Lynn Miller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
