He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Ruth and Marietta Hardesty Ruth; and his sisters, Doris Powers and Gwen "Mimi" Smith. He is survived by: his wife Susie Redmon; his children, Kenny Ruth of Louisville, Lisa Cornish (Jamie) of Frankfort, KY, Cody Ruth (Maria) of Louisville, Tessa Ruth of Fort Worth, TX and Kelsey Ruth of Big Timber, MT; and his grandchildren, Jamie Moore, Kevin Ruth, Alexis Rodgers, Kendall Clay, Madison Cornish, Mallory Cornish and Pepper Ruth. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
