He is survived by: his stepmother Alice; his daughter Amanda "Mandy" Price (Tom); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Preston, Waylon and Rett; his brother Ronny; his sister-in-law Patty; his siblings, Paul Carter, Barry Phelps (Sheila), Steven Phelps (Alison), Rita Hughes and Ruthie Wheat; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Lee Phelps (Bobby) and Joyce Phelps (Edwin); his uncle Herbie; and his aunt Gail. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
