Melvin Vittitow Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on July 31, 2025, at the age of 89, Melvin Vittitow of Boston, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Vittitow and Mattie Geoghagan Vittitow; his wives, Frances'Frankie" Mae Rhodes Vittitow and Cristeen Edlin Vittitow; his stepson Scott Robertson; his brother Leroy Vittitow; and his grandsons, Devyn and Charles Melvin Vittitow.
He is survived by: his son Troy Vittitow; his stepchildren, Tony Robertson (Doris), Bruce Robertson (Debbie), Susie Bright (Michael) and Penny Burd (Michael); his sister Stella Mae Barlow (Glen); and his grandchildren, Brandon Scott Cothern, Samuel Melvin Vittitow and Katrina Louise Cothern (Troy). He is also survived by step-grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
