He was predeceased by: his parents, George Freeman Noe and Bryant of Tennessee; and his child Dion. He is survived by: his wife Penny Bryant; and his children, Tambra Miller (Corey), Dawn, Paula McDaniel (Thomas), Robert (Amanda), Karla (Leon), Amber McCarter (Justin) and Joseph. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
