She was predeceased by: her father William Proffitt. She is survived by: her mother Linda Green; her children, Cody Green of Bowling Green, Christina Green (Hannah Hensley) of Bowling Green, Alicia Gail Long of Bowling Green and Jonathon Hendricks of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Bailey Hendricks, Ariel Hendricks, Mason Hendricks and Braxton Hendricks; her fiancé Wesley Hendricks; and her siblings, Matt Green (Nicole), Mark Green (Megan) of Bowling Green, Rebecca Proffitt (late Keith Hines) of Bowling Green, William Proffitt (Tammy) of Bowling Green, Sandra Proffitt (late Brad Paschal) of Bowling Green and Sarah Green of Bowling Green. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributes can be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
