We bid farewell to Benny Earl Dawes of Bowling Green, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 6, 2025 at the age of 63. Benny Earl touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grundy Marr Dawes and Joyce Fay Wingfield Dawes; his grandparents, Clarence and Earline Wingfield; his sister Sandra Poteet; and his uncle James Wingfield.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Dawes (Amanda) and Stacy Dawes; his siblings, Alana Miller (Kevin) and Ray Garland (Mark); his grandchildren, Mason, Luna, Madison and Marleigh; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Kristy, Jina and Carla.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
