She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lawrence and Euvie Ann Ashby (McIntyre); her husband Walter Pearson, Jr.; her stepdaughter Connie Lynn Pearson Fields; her siblings, Walter Henry Ashby, Paul Ashby of Auburn and Ruth Brown (Ashby) of Portland; and her granddaughter-in-law Lorie Lyn Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Pearson (Kathy) of Alvaton, Rita Pearson and Lisa Pearson Lewis (Eric) of Bowling Green; her grandsons, Brad Harper, Otto Lewis and Phillip Lewis; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Harper (Megan) and Morgan Harper; her great great grandchild Rylee Lyn Harper of Bowling Green; her brother Shirley Ashby of Auburn; and her close friends, Malcolm and Vonitta Brumit. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
